This tool is now being used throughout North America with some use in Asia and Latin America. Prior to her focus on Emotional Intelligence she was the CEO of her own company. She also served in various executive roles in the healtcare industry.

A great book with practical exercises on how to build EQ

Our Emotional Intelligence/quotient can be worked on and developed.
Knowing our EQ help us to be a better parent, a better partner and be able to have better relationships in general.

This book was designed to be complimentary material for the EQ Profile that is designed by the Learning in Action Technologies [...].

Since I have assessed and provided a debrief of many EQ profiles for my coaching clients, I found that this book was valuable to develop the areas that my clients have wanted to work on.

For leadership coaches who don't have extensive EQ knowledge, I would highly recommend that you take an EQ profile assessment and use this book to develop your own EQ. It will make you a better coach and enable you to use this book to help your clients.

Very disappointed

The ratings they use are derogatory. I cannot tell my clients they are "unfit" and expect to motivate them to improve. Also, their sampling for their research does not seem to be broad based and validated. There are far better instruments and books on the market than this.
